Account Opening Requirements
- Duly completed Account opening form
- Specimen signature card duly completed (Parent/Guardian)
- Two (2) recent passport photographs of the Child and the Parent/Guardian
- Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of identity (Parent/Guardian): International passport, Driver’s License or National ID card (Original must be sighted)
- Proof of Address: Utility bill (Certified true copy if the original is not needed)
